原文；
       In the night of weariness let me give myself up to sleep without struggle,resting
  my trust upon thee.
       Let me not force my flagging spirit into a poor preparation for thy worship.
       It is thou who drawest the veil of night upon the tired eyes of the day to renew
  its sight in a fresher gladness of awakening.

译文；
       在这疲惫的夜，
       请让我安然入睡，
       没有内心纷乱勿需反侧辗转，
       从而把我的信任，
       全部托付给你。

       为了向你献上礼赞，
       我不能，
       强使我萎靡不振的精神，
       做出敷衍不周的准备。

       是你，
       给白日里倦怠的双眼，
       遮上了夜的幕帘，
       晨光中渐渐醒来，
       便有清新舒爽的愉悦，
       使得白日里倦怠的双眼，
       焕然生慧。
