My Hasty Mother

The fifth day of Chinese New Year of that year
It's my saddest day
That day, I drove my mother back to my hometown
Mother hurried off in the car
like a fleeting meteor
acrossing the night sky of my heart

Mother had no time before she left
to leave a word of blessing to her son 
I stood outside the door of my car 
with my open eyes,and watched mother who was about to breathe her last
I knew, how mother wanted at this moment 
to open her eyes and finally take a look at her son 
to give her son one last word

Mother left in a hurry
like the freeway under my feet
The tortuous freeway 
had became in my heart
tortuous pain 

Mother left without a trace of pain
with a grateful smile
Even God sighed
It was the most beautiful death he had ever seen. 

Mother left in a hurry
like the fleeting dawn in front of my eyes
Dawn
How could you have the heart 
to take my mother away in a hurry

匆忙的母亲

那一年的大年初五
是我最悲伤的日子
那天，我开车送母亲回故乡
母亲在车上匆匆地走了
像一颗飞逝的流星
划过我心灵的夜空

母亲临走前没有来得及
给她儿子留下一句嘱咐的话语
我站在车门外
眼睁睁地看着即将咽气的母亲
我知道，此时母亲多么想
睁开眼睛，最后看一眼她的儿子
给儿子一声最后的叮咛

母亲匆匆地走了
像我脚下的高速公路
弯弯曲曲的高速公路
成为我心中
弯弯曲曲的伤痛

母亲走得没有一丝痛苦
还带着感恩的微笑
连上帝都感叹
这是他见过的最美丽的死亡

母亲匆匆地走了
像眼前转瞬即逝的黎明
黎明啊
你怎么就忍心
匆匆忙忙地带走我的母亲
