乡 愁
寒冷像一根针
刺进夜晚的后背
风
提起梦的衣襟
从一首诗里
抖出
满地乡愁
Homesickness
Cold is like a needle
Pricking into the back of the night
Wind
Lifts the hems of the dream
And shakes out of a poem
Homesickness
That covers the ground 


 落 叶
用冻红的小手
惊慌地
敲打着临街的窗户
一个人混到这个份上
已没有亲朋
也不会有好友
Falling Leaves
Their tiny hands red from cold
In a fluster
Knocking on the window facing the street
When one muddles around like this
He must have no relatives
Nor friends 

姓 名
有的刻进石头
有的穿一件破旧的西服
戴在胸前
有的用楷书或者隶书
制作成标签
有的无处可去
就挤在一本线装的杂志里
我的姓名如锅碗瓢盆
被老婆呼来唤去
Names
Some are engraved in stones
Some put on the lapel
Of their tattered blazers
Some, in regular or clerical script
Are made into labels
Some have nowhere to go
But huddle in a thread-bound magazine
My name, like pots and pans
Is bossed around by my wife 

害 怕
我很不情愿去的场合
一个是婚礼
另一个是葬礼
悲与喜
早己习以为常
心里越来越害怕
去了
能不能回来
Being Afraid
There're two occasions I'm reluctant to go to
One is wedding
The other is funeral
Sadness and happiness
To which I've already become accustomed
(Option: Are what I've long been used to)
But I'm more and more afraid
If I go
I may not be able to come back 

冬 至
我常被一些假像迷惑
透过一张厚厚的皮
看不清一碗水饺的内心
囫囵吞枣地咽下
一个又一个谎言
看梦被黎明的刀刃
越切越短
Winter Solstice
I'm often puzzled by some feints
Through the thick wrappers
I can't tell the inner fillings of the dumplings in a bowl
But bolt down
Lies one by one
Seeing dreams, by the blade of dawn
Cut shorter and shorter

朋友捎来一箱苹果
打开
第一层 15 个
丰满、匀称、光润
第二层 10 个
歪脖子扭嘴，大的大，小的小
第三层 8 个
有一个坏的，人心一样
藏得很深
Being Rotten
A friend brought me a box of apples
I opened it
To find fifteen on the first layer
All plump, well-shaped, and smooth
On the second, there're ten
Twisted necks and crooked faces, with assorted sizes
On the third, there're eight
One is rotten, like human heart
That hides deep 

大 雪
雪一下
长安城就有了唐朝的味道
大明宮从睡梦中爬起来
宣政殿外，几个书生
挟一摞诗卷
听候传唤
A Heavy Snow
Once it snows
Chang'an would have the scent of Tang Dynasty
Daming Palace gets up from sleep
Outside Xuanzheng Hall, a few scholars
Holding a stack of poetry collections
Wait to be summoned 


梦 想
阳光呆在幕后
晚风从水面踩过
冬天在一片荷叶下
睁开眼晴
梦展开翅膀
飞不出大地的手掌
Dreams
The sun stays behind the curtain
The night wind walks past on the water surface
Winter, under a lotus leaf
Opens his eyes
Although dreams unfurl their wings
They can't fly out from the earth's palm
