A Beauty

At the winter night
she warmed a pot of wine
and listened to snow falling

In the spring day
she waited for plum blossoms to be red
and played a few pieces of music on the strings

No painting, her double frowning eyebrows like a crescent
Ashamed to stretch out her ten delicate fingers
they were better than the tender scallions
