睡醒的感觉
The feeling of waking up

刚睡醒一觉，就仿佛
It just wake up, as if
躺着云彩，飘过了一段好时光
Lying on the clouds,drift over a period of good time,
令人不知不觉就轻松了许多
Make people unconsciously relaxed many(a lot),
让心身感觉很舒爽，很快活
Let the body and mind feel very comfortable,very happy.

也许因为什么都没有想
Perhaps because of nothing to think,
才把自己清空如一只白纸鹞，没有负担在身上
So empty myself,(like)as a white harrier, no burden on the body.

虽然都说人生很繁杂，很沉重
Although it is said(all say)that life is very complex, very heavy,
但若能卸下一切，感觉就会截然不一样
But if we can unload everything (all),the feeling will be completely different.
