谁能像蝉
Who can be like a cicada

我们不是在长大，就是在老去
We are either growing up or getting old,
回忆只是不舍过去，只是眷恋美好
Memory is not give up the past,but sentimentally attached to the good;
只是试图捡回过去的美丽
Just trying to recapture the beauty of the past,
抚慰眼前的遗憾、失意或伤心
To soothe immediate regrets,disappointments or heartaches.

可是，谁能像禅，在时光的壳里
But who can be like a cicada,in the shell of time,
能够蜕变出一个崭新的自己，像春笋
It can change into a new self,like spring bamboo shoots,
再重新长起自己，将苍老
Then it can sprout again , the old one
如壳似皮褪祛，没有叹息，只有欢喜
As the shell or the skin to remove,no sigh,only joy.
