总是不知怎么办才好
Always do not know what to do
抬头仰望白云，悠悠；俯首凝视流水，匆匆
Looking up at the white clouds, leisurely; bowing stare at the running water, in a hurry(hurrying)
鸟儿在飞，鱼儿在游
The birds are flying, the fishes are swimming
只是这颗心呵一直很忧愁
Only the heart ah has been very sad

我不能上天，也不能下地
I can neither go up to heaven nor down to earth
只能在天地之间奔波或者徒步行走
I can only rush about between heaven and earth or walk on foot
遥望着前方，却看不见希望
Overlooking the front, but can not see the hope
只能在不知所措里向美好祈祷
Can only pray to the beauty in bewilderment(Can only be at a loss to pray to the good)
