夏天刚刚过去，秋风
Summer has just passed, the autumn winds 
就开始逛起山林、田野和村子
Begin to roam the mountain forests, fields and villages

仿佛都陶醉在自己的梦里
As if are intoxicated in their own dreams

桂花香了，不言而喻
Osmanthus fragrance, it goes without saying(it is self-evident)
但它们从来都不肯收获自己的芳美
But they have never been willing to harvest their own aromatic beauty
只想留在人间，芬芳
Just want to stay in the man’s world, fragrance
清新，那被混浊了的空气
Pure and fresh, the air that has muddied

希望不要总是寄托于寺庙
Hope does not always consign in the temple
蚂蚁也想尽量把落地的桂花捡起
Ants also want to pick up the osmanthus flowers that falls to the ground as far as possible
不再插之于花瓶，虚美
Put them in the vase no longer, empty beauty
却想复活起它们于枯萎的心枝
But want to revive them on withered heart branches
