小寒时节日高照，
缺雪无雨人气高。
盼望来年风雨顺，
金蛇飞舞入云霄。

During slight cold,
the sun shinning overhead,without snow and rain,
it's high in the air.
People are looking forward to the coming year good beneficial for crops,
