清晨，独自走向海边，
 海滩砂石，
 柔柔的，湿湿的。
 前方一轮红日，
 红透海天一片。

 远处天空几朵云，
 俯首弯身，
 红中透亮。
 那样的悠闲，懒散。
 海中波浪，
 层峦叠嶂，
 滚滚而来，
 时起时落。

 几只海鸥
 时而箭刺般
 俯冲而下，
 亲吻海水。
 时而闪电般
 腾空飞起，
 溅起水花点点。


 久久尘封的心门，
 顿时敞开，
 久闭的双眼，
 霎时敞亮
 眼前光亮
 一片。


 我要做那勇敢的海鸥，
 自由的飞翔。
 去投入大海的怀抱。
 我要做那自由的云朵，
 去俯看大海的胸怀。

 愿生活充满阳光 ！
 愿生命彰显美丽 ！

  AT THE SEASIDE 

 Walking alone towards the seaside ,
 I am enjoying the beauty of nature .

 The sand of the beach ,
 so soft, so wet .
 the clouds in the sky afar ,
 so white ,so leisure .
 the waves in the sea ,
 ups and downs .
 several seagulls flying down 
 along the surface of the sea .
 the sunshine upon the sea ,
 shinning ,glowing ,

 Everything is beautiful ,
 My depressed heart is opening again ,
 I really want to be a seagull 
 flying freely to dive into the hug of the sea .
 I really want to be a cloud 
 floating freely to see how wide the sea is .

 May  the life be full of sunshine ！
May the  life be full of beauty ！
